PostureLabs Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed and submitted to the supplier, it cannot be changed or canceled.


Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the supplier and destination:

Canada & United States: 5–15 business days

International: 7–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website.


Lost or Damaged Packages
PostureLabs is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact support@posturelabs.ca with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
